Driving Change: Sustainability in the Wrap Industry

Release Liner Recycling Pilot — Join the First Program of Its Kind in the U.S.

We’re excited to share that 4th Dimension Wraps & Graphics is actively working with the Sustainable Business Partnership of the Tri-Cities, Colorado Circular Economy Development Center, and Avery Dennison to launch a first-of-its-kind release liner recirculation program in the United States.

Our goal is to build a scalable, sustainable solution for collecting and recycling the liner waste generated by vinyl wrap and print shops across Colorado…. starting with you.

💡 What We’re Working On:

  • Designing a business model with a grant-funded aggregation site

  • Partnering with industry leaders to close the loop on liner waste

  • Creating a replicable system to divert thousands of pounds of release liners from landfills

📊 How You Can Help:

We’re currently gathering information from wrap and print shops across the state to determine:

  • How much liner waste your shop produces

  • Whether your team is interested in joining this pilot program

  • What questions or concerns you have about participating

Whether you're a small shop or a high-volume printer, your input is critical in shaping the infrastructure we need to make this work.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At 4th Dimension Wraps and Graphics, we believe in driving change, both on the road and in the way we operate. Sustainability is more than a goal for us; it’s a responsibility. We’re dedicated to implementing eco-friendly practices and supporting programs that help create a cleaner, greener future for our community.

We are committed to sustainability by making eco-friendly choices, reducing waste, exploring greener materials, and partnering with clients and communities to create a positive environmental impact.

Looking forward to a Sustainable future

We use high-quality, low-impact materials like Avery Dennison vinyl, which is committed to sustainable manufacturing processes. These materials are durable and long-lasting, reducing waste from frequent replacements.

We minimize waste by carefully measuring materials, repurposing scraps for smaller projects, and recycling non-reusable materials through specialized programs.

Our shop is equipped with energy-efficient tools and lighting, minimizing our environmental footprint during the production and installation process.

As part of the Watts @ Work Program, we’re proud to integrate electric vehicles into our operations and support workplace charging stations for employees and visitors. This includes collaboration with local businesses to install EV charging stations in shared spaces.

Join us in making a difference! Whether you’re looking for eco-friendly branding solutions or want to partner with us on a sustainability initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
